There is, apparently, no way to see what rules are part of that list. I used to use free Firefox Focus as the content blocker before, but it would go long time between updates. Regardless, the small price to pay for AdGuard on iOS is well worth it. They use different methods to encrypt DNS traffic but ultimately provide very similar levels of reliability.
